In my 135 that is caused by the synchronization between the controls and the pump being incorrect.
There's a screw to set that feedback with a notched head that's supposed to be held by a spring and steel piece.
When it doesn't leave enough gap it makes the 3 point jump. By my IIT manual for the 135 (and 175) they both have
that adjustment. You have to drain some of the oil out, then take out the handle and stuff for the draft slowness on the right
side opposite of where you go in to change the filter. I'm thinking of burring the threads on mine the next time I go (and it needs it
now) so it doesn't go back to that. Working in hot oil to adjust it gets old the third time around.
