Pump works, thats good! check the control fork is connected to
the valve correctly. move control handle and check valve moves.
there are 4 bolts the hold handle assembly on tractor. try moving
to one side, retest, then the other. the correct adjustment for
this is handle 1-1/2 inches from top, tool begins to lower.
keep tring, Fergusons are great tractors!
