Looking at an 81 Ford 1900, 3 cyl diesel, 30HP,
2 WD tractor. Starts and runs fine although at higher rpms the rear fenders rattle. Hour meter broke at 1250 hours - when? noone seems to know. None of lights function. Rubber good all away around. Transmission - all gears work - no strange noises. Hydraulics smooth up and down, although no implement was strapped to tractor to verify yet. Recent paint. Engine clean. Only leak, if it is one, was located at the oil drain plug (on the bolt head itself. Oil was black (normal for diesels??). Brakes functional.
