Relax - the engine is not toast. There's no way you can go from "good oil pressure" to "no oil pressure" overnight due to engine damage. The problem's not in the motor, it's in the pump/supply system.
The most frequent cause of this is a crack in the oil pickup tube. Sometimes it breaks entirely. Drain the oil, reach up into the drain plug hole and feel for the "cup" on the end of the pickup tube. If it's rattling around, or wobbling frightfully, it's cracked or broken.
Also check the oil pressure releief valve on the front of the motor - it may be stuck open or the spring may be broken.
If it's not those things, then the pump has expired. To replace pump or pickup, you will need to remove the oil pan and that means the front axle has to come off.
