Your local JD dealer should have the correct paint. Note: Today's JD green is not the same color as in year's past. I'm not sure when the change came but your dealer can tell you and should have 'Classic Green' for the older machines. Use a hardener. About 2 oz per quart. READ THE DIRECTIONS! Use a high quality air sprayer like a Sharp. Wear a mask, and I don't mean a 50 cent dust mask. I mean a $30 charcoal canister painter's mask. That hardener will do the same things to your lungs it does to the paint.
