>> My info says 1st gear @ rated rpm with the NAA is 3.1 MPH as compared to the JD 50 @ rated rpm with 1.5 MPH. Before you make a plunge, make sure the other guy doesn't have an aftermarket hi-lo box in the Ford. This would change the picture.
