Check the diameter of the rear tires, a C will have 36", a B will have 24". Also the C will have hydraulics (pump underneath the distributor, steel lines to a reservoir with rockshaft levers sticking out on either side under the fuel tank.) the B does not. The C steering collumn goes down the left side of the engine, the B's goes down the right side.
