I'm not sure by what you wrote if it doesn't move when you let out on the clutch or it does but no power when it does move. I'm assuming it will move with no power. I recommend you check the points for gap and condition, then timing and then plugs. Carb should be okay unless you have changed it. Check gas filter or make sure good flow from tank to carb.
