Mr. Joel, I had a powershift 4020 and loved it. Wouldn't have traded it for a synchro any day, and I never had any trouble with it, plus the operation of it was so easy and convenient compared to that "road map" shift pattern with its resultant linkages, clutches and throwout bearings. I think you'd like that powershift. Have a good day, John
