As for the engine oil in your diesel you will want to pay attention to the API class of the oil you plan to buy.
For a diesel engine, the first letter of this rating should be a "C" this oil is designed to be used in compression
ignition engines (diesels). The second letter in this rating should be the latest one in the alphabet that you can get.
That will assure that you are getting the highst quality oil available. Currently "CG" is a good rating, you may see "CG4".
Some oils will have a dual rating where there is an "S" and a "C" API rating, the "S" is for gasoline engines and you don't
need to worry about that.

For other lubricants in your tractor you will need to contact your Massey Fergussen dealer and find out what lubricant they
reccomend. If you use the wrong one you may have big problems. Some lubricants can actually disitegrate seals inside your machine's systems,
as well as wreaking other havoc with internal components. However for the grease, most multi purpose greases should do the job,
just read the label before you use it. Good Luck. Feel free to email me if you have questions.
