As Tom said the tractor is a 49 H, and as far as the other markings that you described:
8024 DE, and 8276 DE are part numbers for the pieces which they came
The X1 indicates that you have a gasoline engine
and the 7 29 S breaks down as follows, the part was cast on July (7) 29th (29) of 1949 (S). The use of these letters for year indication started in 1931 with the letter A.
