The Liberals love wind powered energy generators. The only problem is that they want them installed on your land and not theirs since they dont want to disturb their skyline with an unsightly windmill farm. Ted Kennedy addressed that very issue when it was suggested that Cape cod would be a perfect place for windmills since there was a constant wind there. He would have nothing of it. I guess it would come down to you good folks in Kansas becomming the proud owners of the windmill farms, if the decision was left to Mr. Kennedy.
