I was at a small strip mall today looking at a project for the management company that has takes care of the facility. I was parked in the second row across from the handicap parking spots talking to my contact there and an older lady came out of the store with a shopping cart full of merchandise and unloaded it into a car in one of the handicap spaces. She looked like she was getting around just fine to me and she didn't have a sticker or a placard hanging on her mirror. After her cart was empty she proceded to push it into the front of my truck and got into her car and left. I don't know why but that infurates me to find shopping carts 10 feet from the corrals because we are so *^%&^%&*^ lazy and inconsiderate to put them where they belong. No wonder we are going to hellina handbasket
