Seriously- it is just a metric o-ring.
No need to torque the heck out of it either- is the bowl gasket good? It could leak from 3 places, the joint at the tank, the joint where the selector valve is, and the joint at the bowl for the screen/water trap. Did you check all 3 places? And did you order a genuine honda petcock or a knockoff from china? Did the petcock come in a Honda bag or? There is a lot of knockoff stuff peddled on ebay. Did you know you could have got the parts to rebuild your Honda petcock?
