Of all the programs that run full time, it"s one of the better ones. The worst programs are just about any anti-virus. Norton is the worst, followed by Mcafee, then AVG. The other program I have that is always running is Itunes. Damn thing is always hogging resources unless I go into task manager and shut it down, and it"s only a matter of time before it"s up and running again. The WORST program out there by far for me is Internet Explorer. I"ve seen it get close to 500,000k with multiple windows and tabs open. Not quite the same thing though. It only runs when you want it too. I doubt adobe would use 5000k at idle.
