If it is not paid off, and the seller finds it, it is his, you have no say. They have the serial numbers. I had a friend who was a Snappy dealer, his regular Saturday morning hobby was making the rounds to pawn shops to reclaim his property. All he had to do was call the local police, provide the sales agreement with the serial number. Then the pawn shop manager got to watch his investment roll out the door.
