Few things I learned;
Not all foggers are the same, my experance (for me anyway) is the Raid brand in the purple box works the best.
Expect to do a series of applications. When we get hit, we fog and follow up 10-12 days later with another app regardless. A third one is usally not necessary but I am prepared if it is.
The house has to be clean. Piles of clothes, bags, boxes on the floor or other places for them to hide is bad and it may appear to be completly ineffective if not clean.
Regardless of size, each room get 1 can. Large areas get 2. Per the can, 3 cans would do the whole house, I have 8 rooms and use 9 cans.
Let it soak. Fog in the morn, let it set all day not the min time. We return home 10-12 hours later.
Treat the animals at the same time. When you go back in after fogging go in with clean animals (both times).
