Thanks for all the help, I'll take a closer look at the rod and piston after I get them apart to see if they can be possibly bored over and sleeved to turn down for a new bushing or something like that if I can't find replacements. Otherwise I'll just put that other pump on it if I can't repair this one and make available the rest of the useable parts to others who might be in need.
