I felt the carb was set right. When cranking over the engine I could see the sediment bowl fill full of fuel quickly so I knew it was getting gas to the carb. I thought about blowing out the fuel line from the fuel pump back to the tank incase there was an intermintit blockage. Looking at I felt the carb was set right. Looking at where the line in connected to the tank I discovered a shut off valve. This valve is not visible unless you put your head down under the machine. This valve would have had to have vibrated closed over the years until it got too closed. I forgot there was a valve down there. I had the entire machine apart 20 years ago. Runs again like a million bucks.
