I've had my Ford 4600 tractor for over 10 years. It still starts fine, but within the last 2 years after just a few minutes in the field, it just quits. Last year I had the fuel tank taken off and cleaned to the tune of $1800.00. That did not help at all. When the tractor quits there is no fuel coming from the tank. I've taken the line off at the external fuel filter, there is no fuel until you blow back into the tank from that line. I've also taken the bottom inlet of the tank off and let the fuel drain out. No evidence of anything washing out of the tank, but I can't help but belive there is something in the tank. What is the best way to thoroughly clean the tank without removing it?
