I read, a long time ago, where a puller developed the hypermax system and everyone at the time (including Int engineers ) was in awe of the power he was getting from his Int tractor. He even helped competitors. He went to attorney to get patent, attn said we have to call this something, they were trying to come up with a name & his kid was getting restless; the guy yelled to his kid " Do you have to be so hyper Max?" The attn said ,that's it what a name! I forget Max's dad's name, but he developed the famous Hypermax multi-turbo water injection system.
