If you are using a complete 403 engine in a U, you use: U flywheel 403 ring gear 403 starter
The tranny bell may require a little clearance touch up to let the larger ring gear fit inside. You should be able to heat up the U ring gear, tap it off the flywheel, heat up the 403 ring gear, tap it on in its place. The reason for the larger ring gear is that the G starter sits a little farther out than the U.
