I've never used one but from everything I've heard about the Devilbliss Finishline III guns they will do a very good job for around $120. If you are in it for the long haul and want a little better quality gun you could get a factory rebuilt Sharpe Platinum gun for not alot more than that and they are a professional quality gun. Generally a 1.3 tip is a good choice for base/clear but it varies some between guns.
