i buy lacquer thinner in 5 gallon cans, it is just for cleanup. for wax and grease remover i use rm 900. it is for our diamont paint line. in our uni ram gun cleaner we use naked gun products for primary and final rinse. i have to track our voc's, and material usage, and all old products go in to our waste drums for pick up by our waste hauler. off the top of my head, i think 55 gallons of waste cost about 500 dollars or so to dispose of. we are very careful about how much material gets mixed so there is minimum waste. typically my paint and material bills run about a grand a week. i 'll have to check on monday to see what our thinner cost.
