My guess: You used the MH165 hardener, which is a fast hardener, even at 70F deg - faster at 85. At 85 my choice would have been the MH166 slow hardener. Yes, the 182 has a short pot life anyway. The one hour is at 70 - it would be less at 85. One always has to be careful with that short a pot lfe. Don't mix up more than you can use up fairly quickly. You could also try shortening the dwell time between coats, especially if you are well over 70 - say cut it to 5-10 minutes. The 10-15 minutes stated is at 70. Times can be shorter at higher temps.
