Thanks 135 fan. I recently aquired the flail mower and yesterday I used it to make the 1st cut of my yard. I set it as low as I could and it cut 12" thick grass clean in one pass (new knives)! I could not believe it would cut that clean because I did not intend to ever use it for the yard, just pastures. I left it low and went down the pipeline on my property and it looked like a lawnmower went through. Another thing that surprised me was it ran SMOOTHER than my lawn mower, no vibration at all!
Back to the paint, thanks for the info. If all goes well, I will use if on the Farmall. The guys on the Farmall site talk about PPG, yes this is good paint, on a car... or show tractor. This one will just be my general purpose tractor and since I am repairing/replacing 50 years of wear and tear it should look good too. I just put a Koyker 220 loader on it a few months ago. I may post a pic of the tractor and mower.
