Im doing my first semi-restoration on a 63 JD tractor. I plan to use Tractor Supply Paint with a spray gun. Iv already hand sprayed all small parts off tractor, Starter, Alternator, Etc.. I need to know when im painting the hood & fenders do I just use straight paint out of can or does this stuff have to be thinned, or have hardner in it to look good at the end. Also how many coats is enough 1,2,3 ?? Any help would be graet. This is all new and I need some help.
