What information do you need and how far along are you? I just may be able to fill in some info gaps. Incidentally, yes the engine and the mill are connected, both built by Isaiah Crabb in West Union Iowa. Later moved to Independence IA. which was later bought out by Milo Schnoor of Schnoor Sawmill in Vinton IA, survived by his widow Loretta Schnoor who cleared out years later. I ended up with blueprints and a large quantity of casting patterns of the sawmills.(There were 3 models of which the common smaller model was the last marketed.) I am not sure what all I salvaged at this time. I do have some original sales literature around here somewhere. I believe that I may have enough information and patterns to build the Crabb new.
