I aree with rrlund. Have worked on, bought and sold Oliver and White tractors for over 30 years. Unless this tractor has sentimental value or you have deep pockets slow down and step back. This project could be done. But, you would have more in it than you could buy a running 1750 for. Step back and slow down list everything you need for parts and price out. Add something for your time and I think you will have your answer. If you are not similiar with parts prices and availability, several people on this forum can help you.
