I just got my 1750 Oliver Diesel home and discovered the block is cracked where the liner seats. The 1750 I bought is a basket case and the disambled motor got rained on while it was sitting for several years, the head has injectors that are rusted severaly as well and the front grill was missing as well as the input shaft. Does anybody have a bare block or know what the going rate is for one, I would be interested in a complete rebuildable block with head or a good runner if anybody has one. I am in south texas and bought the Englebert Kraueitz 1750 in Karnes City,Texas it was picked pretty hard before i got it and needs sheetmetal and lots of misc, does anybody have a parts tractor that would sell? How much will a used tractor yard charge for a bare block, a complete rebulder, or a good runner, does anybody still stock rebuilt long blocks for 1750's? What machine shop can set up linners and check out the crankshaft for a 1750 Oliver as well as rebuild the 1750 diesel head with all new valves and springs keepers etc etc?? Does anybody sell rebuilt oil pumps for the same as well?? How about camshafts too, mine is missing as well. How about a rebult hydra power and rebuilt injectors as well?? Where would you guys go to for parts and machine shop in Texas?? Do dealers still have the linner kits with the updated pistons and retainers??
