1st problem: Had the carb rebuilt a year ago. Three of four spark plugs pretty tarred up. When increase the throttle it sputters and then revs but spews out a lot of black smoke. Checked the settings on the carb and believe to be okay. Something internal on the carb? Any ideas? 2nd problem:After running a while and then turn off, wont start again until cool down. Press on the starter switch and get nothing. Bad connection?
