While letting my engine warm up to see if the new radiator is gonna work out; I moved the lever that raises the lift arms in back. Nothing, not even a quiver. I just changed the tranny and differential fluids. Does something need bled or did I find a bad pump? For those not familiar with my particular tractor; it's sat in indoor storage for almost the last 30 years. I've been lucky so far; but, was wondering when my luck would run out. thanks.
