Panzer Tractor!?!?

I am going to buy a (mid 50s)Panzer Tractor tommorrow. Haven't seen it yet but the price is right. It is complete and runing with a blade on it. I do know one thing about it, it has a plymouth rear end?? on a 10 HP Briggs Engine!! Bet those gears don't strip out! Sounds like a neat but weird setup. Anybody had or seen one befor? Got any ideas what a good price would be for it? I can't tell you what the guy wants that's why I am leaving in the morning with ramps to get it. He has a Sickle mower for $100.00 that is in good shape that I was originaly going to look at when he said something about the tractor. Any help? Mark H.
