I have almost 5 acres with the back part rising up several hundred feet. When you measure the linear feet of property lines (which include steep hills), won't that give you a larger acreage yield than "looking straight down?" How does that work? When they quote the acreage, they're not quoting the linear feet total, are they? There must be some calculation to take into account the slope, etc? thanks,
