Hi, All of the symptoms indicate that the plate is contaminated with oil, either engine or transmission. I presume that you have a dual clutch fitted. If so, are you only pressing to the end of the first stage or all the way to the floor? If you are only pressing to the end of the first stage then you may have the two stages running into each other. It will be necessary to remove the inspection plate under the clutch housing and inspect the clutch unit with a flashlight. If it is dry then it may be adjustment. If its damp with oil try and determine the colour of the oil. 35s and 135s are prone to the rear sump seal leaking as it ages. There are a number of postings on clutch adjustment on this site.
