I have found a copy of this which I would judge to
be in excellent condition. It has not been
written in. It looks so good I wasn't even sure
it was old. It says 22nd annual edition on the
back, and in the front it is stamped (or appears
like it) with T.C. Carson & Co. Agents Oxford,
