Hi, I can't imagine anything in the carb letting it run for 20 minutes before it gives up. Sounds more like an ignition problem of some sort. The only way it could be fuel is if it's just barely getting enough fuel to stay running. Does it pull ok right from start up or does it die out if you make it pull hard? If it won't pull you could have a fuel issue. When it dies you need to put a test spark plug on it right away and see if there is spark. If no spark it should be fairly easy to find out why.
