Have a look at the drawbar, foot pedal, platform, steering wheel, tires etc. That tractor may have more than 2200 hours. There is a chance somebody did an inframe rebuild and "forgot" to service the balancer shaft bushings. 1-800-522-7448 for the operator's manual. There is well hidden grease fitting or two that needs service.
