Know more about A's than I do B's but also have some knowledge about wheels, particularly unusual ones. If the wheels are cutoffs it's obvious and easy to see even in a photo, they're welded to the rim. I they are flat spoke with twelve spokes that are "upset" through the rim and have a one piece cast center with the splines in the casting and use a ring to clamp tight they are from a 39 B or conversion series that was produced in early 41 and both are 36" they are pretty scarce. If they have the removeable center hub and 16 flat spokes they are a universal replacement wheel that came out in 45. Don't know what current values are but the twelve spoke type with the cast in place centers (39 and 41) are probably worth more than the tractor itself. Grab them if you can.
