I cant figure out why, when the switch button on the starter is pressed ALL the way in, it does not connect/contact the post on the starter.
I changed the switch and still having problems. The foot push goes all the way down but I have to stand on it and wiggle it with my foot to MAYBE get starter to turn over. The switch copper bar doesnt appear to be sticking, it just looks like it should maybe go further down. I dont know.
Id like to know if anyone else has had this problem. Is it the switch? Is the stud on the starter worn too much? Any remedies for this? I have been messing around with this problem for a quite a while now, and just cant figure it out.
