Look around for casting numbers. John Deere plows had little "JD" symbols or "Deere" cast in to some of the parts. Case plows had the "Old Abe" eagle cast in on some parts and on the lift mechanism box. IH plows usually had "IHC" cast in somewhere. If you don't see any of this, then you've elimated some possibilities. My gut feeling is though, that since there was an AC WC nearby, it's an AC plow. See, way back when, if you owned a "brand X" tractor, you usually (but not always) also owned "brand X's" plow for that tractor.
