I was looking closer at it last night, the first time it broke, I can"t say if the drive chain was slack or not, the 2nd time I can say the chain was tight as I had just put it on and followed the guidelines. That said, I should have also looked at the manual for how tight the tine bar chain should be, there was a fair amount of slack on that one, which I now tightened up. The other thing I noticed last night is that the pickup head and the tine bar seem to move fairly hard, I"m thinking that either the clutch for the pickup head needs more lubrication or the pickup head bearings need more lube? I"m new to this baler and obviously have more to learn, other than this, it makes great bales. Any other tips would be greatly appreciated, I"m a rookie at this.
