The first one is a conventional log splitter that mounts on the three point and uses the tractor's hydraulics. These are cheaper than a regular log splitter because there's no engine or pump. I don't know if they're compatible with your 2N. They are pretty small, but would probably work OK for you.

The second one is a big screw that runs off the PTO. I've been told that they work well, but they sure look dangerous. There was a discussion about them on one of the YT forums a while back.

If this is a one-time deal, maybe the thing is to rent a splitter.
