Lawn Tractor Wheel Bearing

Hi, I just picked up a nice little Bolens "Villa" lawn tractor at an auction. Has anyone heard of these things? It is a front mount mower deck so I am hoping it will be good for mowing around the trees and bushes on my yard.
The thing seems to be in great shape other than needing a new bearing/bushing on one of the small (non drive wheels). I have not taken it apart yet, but do these things usually have bushings or bearings? If they take bushings, am I better off buying a new wheel or can bushings be easily replaced by an amateur?
