I found what I thinks the free wheel valve in one of the pic.I took located buy the return spring? I can"t seem to get it to mover one way or another. didn"t want to break it off. So I left it alone and sprayed some PB blaster on it for a day or two. Not 100 % sure but I think the mower sat in back of a van truck for better than 30 yrs. Everything on it still original since it was bought new in 1973. Like to thank you guys for helping me out the free wheel valve help! Mike
