I believe they originally came out with 4-spoke cast wheels that had no seperate hub. I think they were 19", but maybe somebody else can confirm or correct that. I have seen a picture with another size, but same style. Do a search for E27N in the tractor photos section to the left. I would say yours definitely has some kind of truck wheel and is not original.
