I had a very well used one. I really liked the 10 speeds as it was so versatile. What I didn't like about mine was it creeping when the fluid was thick in the winter when you were trying to hook up an implement. Had to shut the engine off meaning you had no control on the lift arms.
I also liked the independent PTO that came with it. Too bad Ford rushed the design to the market (as happens frequently in production) before they got the bugs out of it. Course you had the same problem with it. Engine had to be off in the winter to hook up the PTO....it crept.
Rumor has it that the guy that did that design for Ford was later hired by JD to do their Power Shift. I had one and it was smooth as silk.
