A few months ago I posted about how my 801 Powermaster three point hitch abruptly stopped working. There were a number of people who offered advise and today I finally had a chance to look into the problem. Turns out that after looking into the fill hole I see some linkage disconnected, I removed the top cover and the connecting rod to the piston is disconnected from both ends. So obviously I need to obtain a new pin, but the question is why/how did the pin come out in the first place? And then I notice another small rod extending from some linkage adjacent to the piston, not sure if this is something else broken or if it is supposed to look this way. If I get a chance this week I will post a picture and try to clarify what I am trying to describe.
