I don't know about y'all, but I am having a dickens of a time reaching that little parking brake T-shaped lever while I'm sitting on the seat.
I admit that I've put on a little poundage since I've been retired.
But it's always been unhandy for me to reach, and now with arthritis it's worse than ever. If it was just 2" or 3" longer, it would help tremendously.
Since most of my place is uneven, I'm always having to set the brake before getting down to adjust something or changing implements. So it's either that or shut it down each time, instead.
I've never heard any complaints from anyone else on this board, so maybe it's just a problem I have. I've wondered if this aftermarket seat that came on the tractor when I bought it, sits up higher than the original. If that's the case, then I can understand why the lever is so low.
Since I can't turn back time to when I was younger, I've thought about making some sort of extention to either fasten to it in some way or weld it.
