Ronnie mine does not go back to the hand throttle.I guess that is what the chain deal does and I left it off.Mine is all foot throttle. I have had 2 or 3 look at mine and had never heard of a foot throttle.They seem to like it.If it ever quits raining here for more than 1 day I have some dirt work to do then I will check it out more. The old 8N I had drove me crazy throttling it by hand.Sure hope this foot throttle turns out good.
